So I haven't really been around here much recently, mainly because I have genuinely been rather busy! Work takes up most of my time most days, and after work I am usually roped into going to the pub (though not unwillingly by any means) so by the time I make my way home it's bed time. Surprisingly, after doing nothing but work at video games all day, if I ever do get some free time at home I tend to get right on the xbox and play even more video games. I like to think of this as 'research'. So really when you think about it I'm almost never off the job. How dedicated I am! Why just the other day I took on a bit of game history research in my free time by playing through sonic 1, 2, 3 and sonic and knuckles. Good work Sofie, well done! I'd like to take this opportunity to apologise to my eyes, which are suffering heavily under this screen-driven daily regime and spend most of their time glowing red and leaking all over my face. Sorry eyes. This isn't helped by my recent addiction to 'Flight Control', an extremely addictive iphone app game where you have to land as many planes as possible without letting them crash (look at me promoting apple! Dear gawd times have changed..) anyway, my line manager has been challenging me at this game and has even gone so far as to delete my high scores on one occasion, because obviously I'm better than him. Also I dyed my hair purple. Um...that's all for now.
